As a big fan of cinema this museum was a must visit for me. It is an excellent place for people who love art, history, storytelling or cinema. This museum does an excellent job of capturing the evolution of India cinema from it's inception till date. The museum is divided into two buildings, the first one being a showcase of India cinema as a whole and the second one is a four story building where you start from the top floor and keep descending. Each floor has something unique to show about a particular aspect of movies. There are a lot of interactive displays that only enhance the experience. The place is clean, calm and not crowded at all making it an ideal experience. 1-2 hours are enough to go around the whole place. The tickets used to be free for children and students but now they've changed that and everyone is charged 165 Rs for the ticket. Overall, it’s a well-curated, informative, and enjoyable museum that truly celebrates the legacy of Indian cinema. Highly recommended for students, filmmakers, and casual visitors alike.
