Nice place to walk around, would avoid weekends and holidays. Very quiet and calming in the midst of nature. A great view once you get near the cottages. Beware of monkeys in the vicinity. There is a trekking path for those interested.

Visited Nandi Hills on a weekday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The sunset view was breathtaking and truly worth the visit. The entire place was well maintained in terms of basic amenities — ample facilities were provided for visitors, including clean restrooms, proper lighting across the area, and well-organized car parking. The overall arrangements make it very convenient and comfortable for tourists. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved to make it even more public-friendly. Some visitors tend to drink and leave bottles behind, which affects the beauty of the place. Cleanliness is another aspect where the authorities could step up efforts a bit more to preserve the natural charm of the hills. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy nature, especially during sunset. With a little more focus on cleanliness and monitoring, it could become even better.

Beautiful and refreshing getaway near Bangalore 🌄. Nandi Hills offers breathtaking sunrise views, cool weather, and scenic greenery perfect for nature lovers and photography. It’s best to visit early in the morning, especially on weekdays, to avoid heavy crowds. A must-visit place for a quick escape from city life.

Good place to visit. View is just awesome. Now the roads are developed than earlier but more development required. Water facilities should be there free of cost as this is at very high altitude. Sunset view and evening view is great. Ticket price is very high. Kindly make it more affordable for vehicles.

I went to Nandhi Hills on 30th Tuesday. Found less people on the way but as soon as I enter the Nandhi hills it was crowded. Few things to note - You will require a ticket which ia sold at the ticket counter on right sode of entrance. Per person ticket price is 20 INR and for a notorcycle 30 INR. There is also a counter to keep Helmet. Now there are plenty of outlets to eat from and Toilets are everywhere so even if you miss one on the entrance do not worry. You will find one while you are exploring the place. When you go to sunrise view point you will see open auditorium kind setup and you can see the sunrise from there. Now in December its complete Fog so no proper sunrise. The best time to visit this place is around 9 to 10am when you can see actual view of the surroundings and you can even get sunset view. There are temples at place and all of them were closed. Not sure why. If you found out let me know. Overall, too overhyped place. Nothing to see and not even maintained properly.
