2 months agoVisited recently and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and beautifully maintained places in Thane. If you are someone who enjoys greenery, calm surroundings, and spending quality time with family or friends, this place is definitely worth visiting. The park is filled with a huge variety of trees, water bodies, and open spaces that make the environment feel very refreshing. What I liked the most is how well managed and clean the entire place is. Even though many people visit, the park still feels peaceful and relaxing. Another amazing thing about this park is the different themed sections they have created. You will find Mughal-style areas, Chinese-themed spots, and many beautifully designed seating places where you can just sit, relax, and enjoy nature. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and gives a different vibe, which makes exploring the park even more enjoyable. The park is quite large, so I would recommend keeping at least 3–4 hours if you really want to explore it properly and enjoy everything slowly. They also have a cart ride facility that gives a quick 10-minute tour of the park, which is a good option for elderly people or for getting an overview of the place before walking around. Overall, this is one of the best places in Thane for a peaceful outing. Great atmosphere, lots of greenery, beautiful themes, and excellent maintenance. Highly recommended for families, couples, nature lovers, and anyone looking for a relaxing break from city life.

a month ago🌳A Beautiful and Eco-Friendly Park located in the midst of a concrete jungle!🌳 I recently visited the Chetpet Eco-Park in Chennai and I thought I couldn’t have seen any better but the Namo Grand Central Park is truly grand and quite honestly the best park I’ve been to in India. It is built over 20 acres of land around a 3 acre lake in the centre and is a fitness/ nature enthusiast’s paradise. 👍🏻 Highlights include lush green sage and secure walking trails, a jogging track, a cycling lane, sports zone (basketball court, tennis court, skate park and box cricket and football turf), multiple open gyms/ fitness stations, themed gardens (Japanese, Chinese, Mughal, Moroccan, Flora Trellis and Fern), rock-climbing walls, dedicated kids play zone (Zip-line, Splash Pad, Tree House, Chess Plaza and many more), entire area accessible by wheelchair and prams, cleanliness with a peaceful surrounding and a serene lake view without the noises of the city.🌟 👎🏻 Only downside is that there is no refreshment point inside the Park but a Lakeside Cafe is under construction and will be up and running shortly. (Really hope that it doesn’t affect the general cleanliness of the Park.) 🐾 Also bad news for pet lovers, pets are not allowed inside the Park keeping in mind the hygiene and cleanliness issues. ⚡️The park is very well-maintained and has ample sitting places, picnic spots and toilets. 🥗 Food or other eatables are not allowed inside. You can carry your own water and or food for kids in containers (non-plastic). 💦 Drinking Water is available at refuelling stations across the Park. ⌚️Timings: The park is open from 6-11 am and 1-9 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. It's closed on Mondays but expect big crowds on weekends and holidays. 🧑🧑🧒🧒 Entry fee: Adults: ₹20 (Tue-Fri), ₹30 (Sat-Sun) Sr Citizens: ₹10 (Tue-Sun) Kids: Free entry for kids up to 15 yrs of age. Monthly Pass: Morning - ₹250; Morning & Evening - ₹500. Overall it is the perfect place to reconnect with nature or to spend some quality time with your family and has something to offer to everyone. ✨️

2 months agoThe garden was solid 10/10. The park is huge, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it perfect for morning walks, evening relaxation, photography, or spending quality time with friends and family. One of the best things about this place is the greenery and open space, which gives a peaceful vibe rarely found in crowded city areas. The walking tracks are wide, the seating areas are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels very organized and safe. The lighting at night also adds a beautiful touch to the surroundings. Many people visit here for jogging, fitness activities, or simply to enjoy fresh air. The musical fountain and landscaped gardens make the experience even more enjoyable. However, weekends can get crowded, especially during evening hours, so visiting during mornings or weekdays is a better option if you prefer a quieter environment. Food options nearby are decent, and the connectivity is also convenient.
