a month agoAn amazing park with such a huge area spread over 20 acres! Nice spot for a day out with family and friends. You can easily spend 3-4 hours here exploring the place, sitting near the lake or taking a walk at the promenade. Many trees in the midst of city having natural harmony with beauty of nature. The park devided into Theme Garden (4 theme gardens designed beautifully), Play Zone (for children), Sports Arena (a skating yard, tennis and volleyball courts etc), Lake Side with a beautiful bridge (Viewing from the bridge depicting the whole scenic views of city and the garden), cycling, and jogging trails. Well managed parking space, wash rooms, drinking water, many seating arrangements and open space. Outside eatables and Single use plastic bottles are not allowed. The garden closed on Monday. Entry fees: Weekdays - ₹20 (adults) and ₹10 (senior citizens). Weekends - ₹30 (adults) and ₹10 (senior citizens). Free entry for kids under 15 years (As of May 2025).

a week agoThis Central Park is located in Thane and there is entry tickets. It is minimal charges and different for weekdays and weekends. Park is very clean, so many attractive things and everything is well maintained. Many sculptures, Chinese garden, small huts and seating area, fountains, a bridge, small Red Fort and gym are there. Overall we had a great evening visiting this place. Place is very kid friendly as they can play. Definitely recommended place to visit to spend good time with friends and family.

3 weeks agoI recently checked out NAMO Grand Central Park in Thane, and honestly, I was super impressed! It’s like this peaceful little oasis tucked right in the middle of the city, surrounded by tall buildings—totally didn’t expect that kind of vibe there. The design and layout of the park are just amazing. It feels calm and soothing, like you’ve stepped out of the chaos of city life into a different world. What really blew me away was how peaceful it gets at night—birds chirping, water sounds, and just this natural jungle-like feel. It actually reminded me of a quiet village or forest. The lighting at night is beautiful, and the walking paths are clean and well-lit, so strolling around is really pleasant. They’ve done a great job maintaining cleanliness too. You’re not allowed to bring in plastic bottles or outside food, which really helps keep the place neat and litter-free. The park is also perfect for families—there are dedicated zones for kids with fun activities. During the day, it’s a great place to walk around and take in the beautifully designed greenery. There’s a wide variety of plants and trees—from decorative shrubs to tall, shady trees—definitely something nature lovers would enjoy observing. The lakes, fountains, and other water features add to the charm. I also liked that they’ve put up clear signboards, so finding your way around is easy. One thing I appreciated was the entry fee—it keeps the place from getting too crowded, so you can actually enjoy it without the usual rush. They’ve also got paid parking, which is super convenient and feels secure. All in all, NAMO Grand Central Park is totally worth visiting if you want to chill and enjoy some nature without leaving the city. The calm atmosphere, thoughtful design, and overall vibe make it a great place for a relaxing outing.

2 months agoAn amazing amazing park with such a huge area! Didn't think it would be possible with ~this~ kind of crowd but they have managed it really well, it's super clean and beautiful!! Spent a few hours of a very beautiful evening there... Among the best that month (not just cz of the park tho--)(suggestion: go with someone amazing). It's an amazing place to take a long walk, sit and chill alone or with people, everything is so beautiful and there is so much to explore that you should definitely take out a few hours to explore!
