Beautiful Spot, but Limited Access Guna Cave is a scenic attraction surrounded by misty forests and mountain views. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the natural setting makes it a pleasant place to visit. However, the caves themselves can only be viewed from a distance due to safety restrictions. The walk through the forest and the viewpoints still make the trip worthwhile, especially for those who enjoy nature. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a short visit, with greenery, cool air, and scenic charm, though don’t expect to explore the caves directly

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Guna Caves and Pine Forest — both are super places to spend quality time with family, couples, and friends. Very cool and peaceful atmosphere with beautiful nature views. Only one issue is there is no proper guide facility available. Also, before planning a trip to Kodaikanal, please check the season time because during peak season most of the time will go only in traffic and travel. So better to plan properly before going.

Guna Caves is a beautiful and unique attraction with stunning natural surroundings and an interesting history. However, during my visit, it was quite noisy due to large crowds and people talking loudly, which took away some of the peaceful atmosphere. Still worth visiting for the scenic views and experience.

Visited Guna Cave during a misty day. The walk towards the cave was awesome, and the giant tree roots were a great sight to see. The atmosphere was beautiful with the fog all around. The toilet facilities maintained by the Tamil Nadu Government were also clean and good. A memorable place to visit.

The infamous Guna caves also known as devil's kitchen are one of the top attractions. But due to its notoriety, the access to caves is completely blocked. So what you get to see is outer areas of the cave. The actual caves are far from the place that you see. You will get to see mystical forest on the foggy day and the root system. But that is about it. We did not find the place worth it due to unruly crowd and almost no view of the actual cave system.
