6 months agoWe had a birthday party at the club one hotel. The ambience was amazing, we ordered both veg and non veg foods. Both foods were amazing and tasty. We started with mocktails and all the mocktails were so refreshing with amazing taste.

4 months ago⚠️ Member Advisory – Important Notice Regarding Club One, Virar At first glance, Club One in Virar appears to be a promising sports and fitness facility. During the membership tour, prospective members are shown all available amenities, and while it may not be the best in the region, it does seem better than other nearby options. However, significant issues begin to surface once the membership is finalized. Most of the key sports facilities—such as Badminton and Lawn Tennis courts—require prior booking, which in theory is understandable. In practice, however, securing a booking is nearly impossible. The booking phone line is frequently unreachable, and on rare occasions when the call does go through, members are almost always informed that the courts are fully booked for the day. Upon further inquiry, it becomes apparent that members are only allotted one hour of access in the evening, as the remaining slots are occupied by private training sessions. This becomes especially problematic for working professionals who are only free during those evening hours, rendering the facility practically unusable. Additional concerns include: Poor ventilation in indoor courts, creating uncomfortable, heat-trapped environments. Unhygienic swimming pool conditions with frequent reports of malfunctioning cleaning systems. Non-functional bathrooms with broken taps and inadequate maintenance. Substandard gym equipment, with only basic machines available, and lacking modern or advanced fitness options. Moreover, the staff at the reception—who are courteous during the membership process—have been reported to behave rudely and unhelpfully after enrollment is complete. In light of these issues, we strongly advise potential members to reconsider investing in a sports membership at Club One. A facility that fails to deliver consistent and fair access, basic hygiene, and respectful service does not represent value for money or member satisfaction.

10 months ago"Not Worth Staying – Hygiene Issues, Unprofessional Amenities & Poor Facilities" I stayed at this club recently, and while the exterior looks clean and well-maintained, the reality is far from that. The moment night falls, you’ll be attacked by bed bugs, mosquitoes, and even flies in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the bathroom ceilings are damaged, and the rooms have an unpleasant odor. This place rates itself as a 4-star property, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Additionally, the service is abysmal. There was no one at the reception to receive or attend to guests when we arrived. The hotel was badly understaffed, with only 2 people managing the entire property. This is completely unacceptable for any hospitality business. On a positive note, the food at Saffron Grill was decent, and the staff, though polite, couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. I would not recommend staying here at all. It’s simply not worth the price or the hassle.
